The Association participates régularly to various gatherings (salons) organised by the « Fédération des familles-souches du Québec ». It will hold a stand at the Salon des familles-souches in Alma on October 19, 20 et 21 2007. We hope to meet the Pépin, Lachance and Laforce of the Saguenay/Lac St-Jean region on this occasion. 

Since several years the Association participates to the Salon des familles-souches de Québec. The next rendez-vous is for February 22, 23 et 24       2008 at Place Laurier.

The Pépin, Lachance and Laforce are already preparing the 2008 assembly, in Québec, of course!

Since already two years, we have made our reservation at the Maison de nos Aïeux located in the Sainte-Famille parish of the Orléans island at 3907, Chemin Royal. We were early in making this reservation in consideration of the 400 anniversary of the foundation of Québec city.

We are therefore expecting to see you on June 7, 2008. We will give you further details later on.

Our Association intends to participate on August 24, 2008 to the Marathon des familles-souches organized by the Fédération des familles-souches du Québec and the Marathon des deux rives. Over one hundred families are expected to participate to this relay walk of 42 kilometers from Lévis to Québec city.
